Standard materials according to DIN

The standards we use to manufacture our products dictate the following minimum tensile strengths:

Adapter sleeves according to DIN 5415: 430 N/mm²
Withdrawal sleeves according to DIN 5416: 430 N/mm²
Withdrawal sleeves according to DIN 5406: 300 N/mm²
Lock nuts according to DIN 981! 350 N/mm²

At MFO, the individual product groups are made from different materials. The specified values are maintained, of course. Usually, they are even greatly exceeded.

Special materials

MFO will manufacture roller-bearing accessories made from special materials according to your requirements.
For example, adapter sleeves made from 100Cr6 roller-bearing steel or stainless steel are no problem for MFO.
